Demichef: If you’re looking for a basic plan to create and send professional emails using a simple and intuitive drag-and-drop editor, Demichef is the right fit. Enjoy access to a wide gallery of multilingual templates, customize unlimited fields, and send emails without the Emailchef logo. It’s the ideal subscription for a single contact list.
Primochef: Primochef lets you manage multiple contact lists. In addition to the features offered by the Demichef plan, you’ll be able to manage up to 10 contact lists, letting you organize and manage your lists effectively.
Masterchef: A comprehensive package with advanced features and priority support. In addition to all the features offered by the Demichef and Primochef plans, you’ll have access to tailor-made templates for your company, a dedicated IP address for better deliverability, and advanced contact segmentation. You can even use Emailchef’s automations to leverage the assistance of a Wizard, a virtual assistant to help you create and configure your drip campaigns easily and intuitively. With the Masterchef subscription, you’ll receive priority support through tickets and chat, a deliverability support service, and dedicated consultation for email marketing.

Yes, Emailchef offers a free one-month trial that lets you test the service without providing your credit card details. During this period, you’ll have access to the drag-and-drop editor, template gallery, and other features offered by the plan you choose.

How do I set my subscription sending limits?
The choice of your sending limits depends on factors such as the size of your contact list and the frequency of sending. But bear in mind that your list may grow significantly. We recommend choosing a plan with higher sending limits to allow room for growth.
Also, remember that you can always upgrade or modify the sending limits as your needs change.
What happens if I exceed the monthly sending limit of my plan?
Once you exceed your subscription plan’s monthly sending limit, you’ll no longer be able to send communications that month.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Your subscription contract has an annual duration and cannot be terminated before its expiration date, as stated in the Terms of Service.
What happens to my data after canceling the subscription?
Once your account is closed, Emailchef will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including data from your campaigns. If your account has been closed, the username will no longer be available for future accounts and cannot be recovered.
Are there discounts for nonprofit organizations?
Emailchef provides a free plan with unlimited sends for up to 500 contacts for qualified, secular nonprofit organizations operating in the healthcare sector.
